Joe loves his family, his kids and grandson, loves the Lord with his whole heart and he is very greatfull for his life today.

After more than 26 years (sobriety date 04/13/1998) of being sober giving his life to Jesus Christ, Joe has given so much back to society, helping US vets one day at a time, one man at a time, helping homeless men, helping men in prison transition back into society, fathers needing help to transition back into their home and society. It’s simple for Joe, he’s never met a stranger (A lot like his dad, who served in the US airforce, a veteran), Joe learned a lot from his dad who seems to always give back even the simple thing of pulling over to the side of the road, helping a stranger changes a tire. Joe's father Joseph E Kennedy was loved in community in England. Joe senior who was a US vet in the Korean War served and honored our United States country, learning this gift of kindness, the willingness to give back from his dad. It was easy for Joe junior to give back, pay it forward to society, served his community of Georgia like his father did in serving our country, truly helping others. After 1 year of sobriety, Joe junior opened up a house downtown Atlanta taking in homeless US vets, homeless men, men with addiction, Joe still continue 26 years later, trusting God to be able to do so. Joe mostly uses his fund but any help would be appreciated.

Then founded in 2008, Touch A Life Missions was Joe's life decision  continuing helping men who are trying to heal from the past hurts, habits, hang-up, trusting God they will find relationship with others and acceptance to give back to society giving them a meaningful purpose, a God-given second chance for them to rebuild their life, learn skillsets, a trade, Joe himself along with other men to live in the present, giving them a HOPE for the FUTURE.
